Everyone we support has regular ‘circle of support’ meetings, when they meet with people close to them to say what they want and need.
People we support take part in Driving Up Quality reviews.
The Driving up Quality Code (DUQ) is a voluntary code for providers and commissioners of learning disabilities services. By signing up we committed ourselves to doing all we can to continually improve the quality of our services.
We hold review meetings involving staff, the people we support and families, which give everyone the chance to comment on what we do a suggest ideas for how we can improve.
Our targeted support service is designed for the younger learning disability community. We aim to provide a caring, nurturing and homely environment for our young people to to venture in to their adult lives with us.
