The foundations of our services will start with supported living services and transition progression support. We intend to be responsive to community need and develop our services accordingly.
To enhance the lives of people with disabilities by bringing life changing support services for them to reach their full potential. We will also look to fill the gaps in service need, including highly qualified staff, transition support and offering this with alternative health approaches which we believe can set us a side from other organisations as it is a unique approach.
We will be providing supported living services and support services to people with mild and moderate learning disabilities aged 19 to 35. Our supported living services will be in our purpose built, modern homes. At the heart of the community in Loughton Essex, Hastings in East Sussex and Caterham in Surrey, we offer a unique blend of professional, experienced and pioneering care approaches, to enable the people we support to fulfil their potential, be happy, and live successful and meaningful lives. Furthermore to complement our services, we will provide a holistic service for transition support into adult care, this will be for both the family and the young people (adults) themselves.
Using person centred approaches in the supported living service, and celebrating individuality, we will strive to encourage independence, and celebrate the uniqueness of the people we support. This service will have a profitable and meaningful approach which will also be reinvested in the local community.
